Our Young Adults Programme includes our monthly learning opportunity ‘Beer and Shiur’ currently held on Zoom, and we will continue to consult about when it is sensible to begin to meet in person.

Grappling with Violence: Over the next few months, we will read the story of Esther which ends in a bloodbath, and the 10 plagues at the seder table, with God hardening Pharoah’s heart. How do we manage with such violence at 21st Century readers, and do they have a place in our Judaism?
