Holocaust Memorial Day Commemoration

Holocaust Memorial Day is the day when the United Kingdom ensures that today’s and future generations know how far human evil can take us as we commemorate the Nazi Shoah suffered by the Jewish people and genocides suffered by other peoples at that time and #subsequently around the world. The year we will hear testimony from EHRS member Ivan Shaw who survived the Nazi invasion of Serbia. We will also hear from Yoletta Nyange, Rwandan born journalist. who will speak about how Rwanda is or is not recovering from the trauma of genocide.
