Mishpatim – In our session we will focus on the above chapters, which is known as the first part of the Book of the Covenant. We will look through the civil and criminal matters, treatment of male and female Hebrew indentured servants and capital punishments, compare some of the laws in Parashat Mishpatim to the laws in the Ancient Near-Eastern Law documents, and finish with the quiz!
