HR Officer
Edgware & Hendon Reform Synagogue seeks a professional, organised HR Officer to support the smooth running of our HR and compliance functions. You’ll manage recruitment, onboarding, staff records, and HR processes with efficiency and care, working closely with colleagues, trustees, and external partners. You’ll also support wider organisational needs and help maintain a positive, responsive workplace culture. Part-time – 20 hours per week, ideally Monday to Friday 9:30–13:30, with one Sunday morning per month (some flexibility considered). £30,000–£35,000 FTE, pro rata based on hours and experience.
