We are delighted to be returning to Paul Herman’s offices for this EHRS Business Breakfast taking place at the offices of Bluebox Corporate Finance, 93 to 95 Gloucester Pl, London W1U 6JQ.

Our speakers this time will be EHRS member Paul Herman and Stephen Grabiner.

Paul is the founder of Bluebox and an authority in the sale of private companies and raising finance specialising in  working with businesses valued at between £2m and £200m. Paul lectures at London Business School and is also the founder of the Young Entrepreneurs Academy.

Stephen is a private equity investor. He is currently Chairman of Conniston Capital, having run the UK office of Apax Capital Partners with a specialisation in global media. He has been a board Director of Times Newspapers and the Jewish Chronicle.

Paul and Stephen will be speaking about ethical challenges in their work with businesses, raising finance and selling companies. It should be fascinating!

We will also enjoy networking with each other over coffee and Danish. Hosted by Rabbi Mark Goldsmith.
