For everyone in school years 7 upwards. It’s a Shabbat schmooze especially for you with talk, music and prayer together.

We especially encourage Bar and Bat Mitzvah teens to attend.

From birth to age 100+, we have something on offer for you.

This class is perfect for the active older adults who are looking for a modified Zumba class that recreates the original moves you love at a lower intensity.
