World Union for Progressive Judaism Havdallah

EHRS and Isaac M. Wise Temple, Cincinnati are joining for a Havdallah (end of Shabbat ceremony) and get together to celebrate the bonds that tie Reform congregations all around the world on this weekend.

Normally there is a physical get together in Jerusalem of worldwide Progressive Judaism every two years but due to the pandemic that is being replaced this year with a virtual link up of communities. We have been ‘twinned’ with the Isaac M. Wise Temple, the original Reform synagogue in Cincinatti which was founded in 1840 and is foundational to American Reform Judaism. Join the EHRS Havdallah group and our new friends in Cincinatti for a heartwarming hour.
