Seder Megadrive

An interactive, informative and imaginative morning!

In the spirit of the popular EHRS Day of Learning in December our Seder Megadrive is a morning for adults & young people to help to make this Pesach the best yet.  

Sessions led by our Rabbis and guest teachers will include:
‘How to lead a great Seder that engages children’ and ‘Pesach, the origin story in the Talmud’ with Rabbi Mark
‘From the Street to the Table’ liberation issues in our Seder with Rabbi Emily
‘Passover Cookery – Beyond Matzah – a hands on experience’ with Victoria Prever, Food Editor of the Jewish Chronicle
‘Super Creative Sedarim’ with Student Rabbi Eleanor Davis
‘Learning the Songs of the Seder’ with Rabbi Cantor Gershon Silins
‘Seder as an act of Rebellion’ for teens

For children aged 4-11:
How will you escape from Egypt in our great Escape Room Challenge?
Test your skills in mixing, kneading, pricking and cooking …...
Make matzah in 18 minutes - how edible will yours be?
Take a plague bag home straight to your Seder table! What will be in yours that will make your family quiver?

A Crèche is available for the youngest children so that parents can be with us, please book below. 
The cost of the event is £5 for adults, £3 concession, and free for under 18’s.
